If you attend the first lesson and decide that TutorLumin is not right for you, contact us before booking another session and we will refund the first lesson price to the original payment method.
What the guarantee covers
- Your first paid one-to-one TutorLumin lesson.
- A learner who attends the lesson and then decides not to continue.
- The lesson price paid through TutorLumin.
It does not cover a missed lesson, a late cancellation, or a learner who has already booked or attended a further session. Your statutory rights are not affected.
