Without a voucher, your first TutorLumin lesson is paid when you book it. That confirms the time with your tutor and lets both of you prepare properly.
If you attend your first paid lesson and are dissatisfied with the quality or fit of our service, contact us within seven days. We will refund the lesson price to the original payment method.
If your tutor gives you a first-lesson voucher, enter it when booking. A valid voucher makes an eligible first lesson genuinely free: there is no checkout and nothing to refund.
What the guarantee covers
- Your first paid one-to-one TutorLumin lesson.
- A learner who attends the lesson and is dissatisfied with the quality or fit of the service.
- The lesson price paid through TutorLumin.
It does not cover a missed lesson, a late cancellation, or a £0 lesson booked with a voucher because no payment was taken. Requests should be made within seven days of the first paid lesson. Your statutory rights are not affected.
